Chef’s own puréed chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice and garlic

Chilled Greek yogurt with cucumber, fresh mint, olive oil and a hint of garlic

Kasir (v)

A blend of crushed wheat, parsley, peppers, mint and herb in chefs special sauce

Saksuka (v)

Grilled, skinned and chopped aubergines with peppers, onions and potato in chefs special sauce

Chicken Shish

Seasoned, diced breast of chicken, chargrilled on skewers

Marinated spicy minced lamb, chargrilled on skewers

Chargrill fillet of seabass served with salad and sautéed new potatoes or rice
